Feature
It should look like your site
Colours, corner, layout and every piece of visible wording, set from the dashboard and applied without a redeploy.
Three layouts
A dock in the corner, a side panel down one edge, or a user list — whichever suits the page. Same chat underneath.
Your words
The invitation, the offline message, the headings: all editable, per site.
White label
On paid plans the widget carries your branding and not ours.
How it works
Making it look like your site instead of ours
Set the colours
The launcher, the header, the panel and the accent are each set from the dashboard. They are applied as custom properties on the widget’s own root, so they change the chat without touching anything else on your page.
Replace the wording
The visible strings are yours to change. "Chat" is not what every site calls it, and a room for a radio station reads better as "Studio" than as the default.
Take our name off it
On the plans that include white label the Flyzoo mark comes off the widget entirely, so the chat is a part of your site rather than a product visibly embedded in it.
What stays fixed, and why
The status colours are not themeable — the presence dots, the error red, the reconnecting amber. They carry meaning rather than branding, and a palette that could make "offline" look like "online" would be a customisation that misleads your own visitors.
Questions
- Can I remove all Flyzoo branding?
- On the plans that include white label, yes — the mark comes off the widget. On the lower plans it stays, which is part of what makes those plans cost what they do.
- Can I style it with my own CSS?
- The widget renders inside a shadow root, so your stylesheet cannot reach into it — deliberately, because that isolation is also what stops your site’s CSS breaking the chat after an unrelated redesign. The colours and wording are set from the dashboard instead, and an embedded room is sized by your CSS through its container.
- Will it follow a dark theme?
- You set the palette, so a site that is dark sets dark values and the widget matches. It does not guess from the page around it, because guessing produces a chat that is nearly right and looks broken.
- Can I change the launcher icon and position?
- Yes, including which corner it sits in, which matters on sites that already have something in the bottom right.
